Malathi, founder and lead yoga therapist, started her journey in the fast-paced realm of software engineering, where she spent 15 years honing her analytical and problem-solving skills. However, a deep-seated passion for wellness and holistic living led to a transformative path in yoga. With extensive practice, a Masterβs degree in Yoga, and corporate experience, she understands how yoga can effectively manage stress, boost productivity, and enhance problem-solving skills. Now, she applies these practices to help others navigate these challenges. Embracing the philosophy and teachings of this ancient discipline, Malathi is dedicated to guiding individuals toward balance, strength, and inner peace
